Campers Please Note!
Campgrounds open on May 1st, 2024 at 11:00AM
- Gates will open at 11:00AM.
- Every year the park will open on May 1st and close on October 15th regardless the day of the week it falls on.
Online Booking
To Book for 2024 Please call the Mooretown Sports Complex at 519-867-2651. ONLINE BOOKING for 2025 will open in May 2024.
The St. Clair Township 2024 camping season goes from May 1 through to Oct. 15.

How to create your Account:
- If you are a new customer please call the Campground or the Mooretown Sports Complex (519-867-2651) to set up your account.
- If you have booked with us and NEVER logged into your account and / or have NEVER been sent a temporary password, please call 519-867-2651 and we will send you a temporary password!
- If you have locked yourself out of the account than call us at 519-867-2651 and we will reset your password.
2024 Camping
Please continue to follow all Lambton Public Health Guidelines when visiting our parks and bring your own hand sanitizer.
- Wash or sanitize hands before and after visiting shared amenities with high-touch surfaces such as garbage bins, boat launches, docks, water fill stations, and dumping stations.
- If applicable, use washroom facilities in your recreational vehicle whenever possible to reduce traffic at shared-use facilities.
- Clean or cover the picnic table with a cloth or sheet in your site before using it.
- Dispose of trash in receptacles provided or take it with you.
Changing or Cancelling your Reservations?
If you wish to change or cancel a reservation before you arrive:
- Contact your specified campground directly between Victoria Day – October 15th of any year.

- Please be aware that all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Running Late?
- Your reservation is guaranteed up until 8:00 am the day following your planned arrival date.
- No refunds will be granted for late arrivals.
What to do when you arrive:
- Check-In time is 1:00 pm the day of your reservation; we ask that you do not arrive any earlier than the specified check-in time as your site may not be ready prior to 1:00 pm.
- Be sure to first check in with staff at the main office.
- Campers are asked to park in the designated staging areas as they enter the parks for check-in. Please do not block vehicle traffic on the municipal roads.
- After check-in you may proceed to your designated site – Trailers are asked to please back in ONLY to each site.
What to do prior to leaving:
- Please ensure your site is clean of all garbage, pet feces, and debris before leaving your site.
- Check-Out time is 11:00 am – fees may be applied if failure to vacate by check-out time.
Returning Seasonal Campers
For Returning Seasonal Campers we will send an email in September of 2023 which will include a Jot Form for you to complete for the 2024 Season. Once you have submitted this online form, we will take this information and use it to process your facility rental contract which will be emailed to you when processed.

By completing and submitting the Seasonal Waitlist Form you are added to the Seasonal Campground Waitlist. Please review the information for accuracy before you click “Submit”. Once you have successfully submitted the Seasonal Waitlist Form you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please call us at the Mooretown Sports Complex (519) 867-2651.

Please follow all Federal, Provincial and County Public Health Guidelines, including any additional policies set by the Township of St. Clair while in our Campgrounds.
Standard Cancellation
Policy: Please be aware that
cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and any cancellation made
within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation is subject to 100% cancellation fee. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, no
reimbursement will be approved for discomforts of nature including rain, snow,
temperature change and insects.
