December 20, 2020 – Mooretown Sports Complex CLOSURE

Effective Immediately…..
Due to the recent spread of COVID-19 within our communities we have CLOSED the Mooretown Sports Complex for the safety of all our patrons during this holiday season. We will re-evaluate this closure tomorrow afternoon after the update from the Province is released and following the St. Clair Township Council Meeting.

Cancellations Include:
👉 ALL Ice Rentals effective immediately
👉 Swimming Registration tomorrow is CANCELLED – we will reschedule at a later date
👉 Swimming Pool is CLOSED
👉 Family and Friends Skate

July 27, 2020 – Stage 3 Announcement in regards to St. Clair Township Playgrounds

With the movement into Stage 3, St. Clair Township Council held a special meeting on Friday, July 24, 2020 to discuss certain items, one of which included the reopening of St. Clair Township playgrounds.
A decision was made that July 31, 2020 is the approved date to reopen playgrounds throughout the Township!
Please continue to abide by the closures with or without caution tape and snow fence until they are removed by July 31, 2020.

July 2, 2020 NOTICE – re. Municipal Public Parks:

Please remember that at this time our playgrounds are still CLOSED – only the splash pads and public washrooms are open.   Please remember when using our Parks and Facilities to follow the COVID-19 precautionary guidelines being recommended by various Canadian health authorities including the Lambton Public Health Unit, Ontario Health, and the Public Health Agency of Canada – including social distancing guidelines.

May 26, 2020 NOTICE – St. Clair Township Campgrounds 2021 Reservations:

St. Clair Township campgrounds will start taking reservations for 2021 transient camping on Friday June 5, 2020.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Campground offices remain closed – no “in person” reservations.   Phone reservations only please.
