Class Descriptions
TRX –Get ready to challenge your strength, stability, and endurance with this dynamic suspension training workout! Using the TRX system, you’ll leverage your own bodyweight to build lean muscle, improve core strength, and enhance balance—all in a highly functional way. This class is adaptable for every fitness level, with modifications to make each movement as easy or as intense as you need. Expect a full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio bursts, and flexibility work for maximum results.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an athlete aiming to take your performance to the next level, TRX Total Body Conditioning will help you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.
Remember to bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a positive attitude.
Mat Pilates –Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. In Matwork Pilates, take it back to where it began with flowing exercises completed on a mat, using your body weight as resistance.
Remember to bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
Having a Ball Pilates –Add a playful twist to your Pilates practice with the stability ball! This class combines classic Pilates mat exercises with ball-based movements to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. The ball provides both support and challenge—helping you deepen stretches, engage muscles more effectively, and enhance stability. Suitable for all levels, instructor will work within your ability. This lighthearted workout will leave you feeling strong, centered, and maybe even smiling!

Guns & Buns –This class will help you to tighten, firm and tone your muscles through various equipment and bodyweight exercises specifically designed for the areas of the body in which we are targeting.

Gentle Yoga, Complete Restorative, Stretch -Strengthen -Restore, and Slo Flo Hatha Style Yoga –Involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. Yoga promotes endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and wellbeing!
Remember to bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a yoga towel/blanket if you have one.
Doors will be locked at the start of class, so please arrive 5 minutes early.
Spin Class –Indoor cycling, often called spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Don’t forget your water bottle!
Stretch & Strengthen –Using a variety of equipment + your own body weight.
Build strength, improve muscle tone, and balance —without high-impact moves.
Exercises to target all major muscle groups while being gentle on the joints. Movements are slow and controlled, with options to suit all fitness levels. Leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
